What Justparity is

Justparity is a compliance platform for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, covering pay structures, reporting, and employee requests. Employers can group roles into job families and levels, define minimum, midpoint, and maximum salary ranges, and export ranges for job adverts. The platform calculates pay differences by job category and prepares reports for submission to national authorities. Employees can use self-service to request pay information; the system documents replies and tracks deadlines. Compliance records can be exported as structured PDFs for authorities and auditors. Payroll and HR data can be brought in through structured CSV or Excel files, and later imports update existing employees. The maker says setup typically takes two to four weeks after payroll data is available. It describes EU data hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and multi-factor authentication. Customer data is deleted no later than 30 days after an agreement ends. Professional costs €399 a month for 1–99 employees, and Business costs €799 a month for 100–249 employees. Enterprise pricing is available by contacting the provider.
