The AI-powered PMS add-on is $29 a month billed monthly or $20.30 per unit/month billed annually. It adds Jurny PMS, 95+ OTAs, Zapier, Turno or Breezeway, and dynamic pricing integration. These add-on prices sit on top of the required jOS AI base plan, so operators should consider the combined cost rather than any one unit price in isolation.
