InterAcct Flooring Software is a Windows package for flooring businesses covering estimating, quotations, scheduling, job costing, progress claims, accounting, payroll, and materials purchasing. Estimates can be organized by project phase, with multiple estimates per job, cost breakdowns, and material calculations by each, square metre, cubic metre, or linear measure. Job tools compare budgets with actual costs and variances, track contract variations and phase-based progress claims, and schedule dates, tasks, and employees. Stock functions include batch number control, job material reservations, automatic purchasing from job budgets, and posting received costs to work in progress. Flooring options cover carpet, ceramic and stone tiling, timber, lino, and carpet rolls or tiles. Businesses can add or remove fields, files, and menus. The accounting system is non-cloud but can be loaded onto a cloud server. InterAcct handles installation and ongoing support. Prices are per computer network user, exclude GST, and annual support is charged separately at 20% of purchase price.
