IDEXX Neo is cloud-based veterinary practice management software for coordinating clinic records and daily workflows. Its dashboard summarizes overdue and draft invoices, reminders, appointments, callbacks, and diagnostic results. Patient workflows include histories, examination notes, diagnoses, estimates, procedure templates, diagnostic orders, and electronic signatures. Scheduling covers appointment management, SMS reminders, boarding, and the Neo Patient Portal. Payment features include payment capture with a wireless Clover device, as well as payment history and reporting. Practice reporting includes metrics, purchase orders, inventory tracking, visualizations, and data export. Listed integrations include IDEXX diagnostics and reference labs, ANTECH, Deputy, SmartFlow, Televet, VetConnect PLUS, Vetstoria, and IDEXX Web PACS. IDEXX says the service is hosted and managed by Amazon Web Services and that data is backed up automatically. Neo works in a modern browser on Mac, PC, iOS, and Android devices. IDEXX recommends Chrome and a Windows computer for label-printer setup, and suggests keeping one or two devices with a wireless data plan available if internet service is lost.
