IconForge
IconForge is a web service that turns an app description into generated icons.
What IconForge is
IconForge is a web service that turns an app description into generated icons. Users choose from 43 styles and can select up to 10 styles in one run. A main color can be chosen, with suggested color pairings provided. Batch generation produces PNG images packaged in a ZIP containing sizes for iOS, Android, web favicons, macOS, and Windows tiles. Each generated image consumes one credit; new accounts receive four starter credits, and purchased credits never expire. IconForge is aimed at indie developers and small teams. Generated icons belong to the user and may be used in commercial apps and client work, although users should not present them as created by a human artist. An account is required. One-time plans are Dabbler at $5, paid once for 10 credits, Builder at $20, paid once for 50 credits, and Machine at $50, paid once for 150 credits. All plans support up to 10 styles per run and include smart prompt enhancement. Payments use Stripe, and dissatisfied customers may request a refund. There is a free plan, but no free trial.
