In the editor, you can create a complete issue or selected sections, set a Draft Brief, request rewrites or subject lines, and search for images. Scheduled automations can prepare drafts on issue days or up to six days earlier, but every draft waits for review. HeyNews does not schedule or send newsletters. It connects directly to beehiiv and Kit, and imports public archives from Substack, Buttondown, Ghost, Mailchimp, Medium, and other sources by archive URL. Connected beehiiv or Kit accounts provide opens and clicks for analytics, story ranking, and subject-line suggestions.
