Mobile access, availability management and trip assignment further support operational workflows.

HASTUS Connect, included with every installation at no extra charge, facilitates data exchange with AVL, APC, ticketing and other systems. GIRO describes an internal security control framework based on ISO/IEC 27001:2022, including need-to-know access, two-factor authentication and laptop encryption. Personal information is hosted in Canada. Client support is provided through a service portal, email and telephone.

Pricing

HASTUS is paid software with custom pricing. Organizations need to request a quote and determine which modules fit their service model; there is no published plan or seat allowance to compare. HASTUS Connect is included with each installation at no extra charge, but that does not remove the need to price the broader suite.
