Hapi brings employee benefits, wellbeing tools, and workplace communications together for HR teams aiming to engage and retain employees. The Standard Package includes employee discounts, a benefits hub, recognition and rewards, communications, feedback and surveys, and an analytics dashboard for tracking engagement and usage trends in real time. Recognition can include peer and manager rewards; communications include targeted campaigns and push alerts. Hapi also describes real-time feedback and digital forms. The Bespoke Package includes the Standard Package and adds rewards and gifting, HR consultancy, onsite rollout, integrated benefits, employee cash plans, and insurance options. Hapi describes expert onboarding, with in-person onsite rollout support available in the bespoke package. Pricing is available by quote, and flexible contract lengths are offered for the Standard Package. There is no free plan or current free trial; a three-month offer for new clients ended after 31 December 2025.
