GRAND Sales & Events is web software for venues managing event enquiries, proposals, calendars, function sheets and invoicing, including standalone venues without hotel rooms. Its AI Inbox can prepare proposals from enquiries and follow up with prospects. Customers view proposals as web pages, accept upsells and sign online; venue staff can see views and signatures live. The Group Portal gathers dietary restrictions and other guest details, then adds them to the booking and function sheet.
