GivenHansco provides software for ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and asphalt producers through its Keystone suite. The suite brings together batch controls, dispatch, GPS vehicle tracking, and accounting, with modules that can be added as a company grows. Keystone Batch supports dry or wet plant operation, remote access and batching, inventory tracking, mix modifier integration, and dual plant operation. Keystone Dispatch schedules and edits orders, tracks trucks, provides a predictive truck-demand graph, and connects with batch and accounting systems. Keystone Accounting is a financial accounting suite designed for these producers. Keystone Online gives online, tablet, or mobile-device access to ready-mix logistics information. Its payments product supports invoice links and QR codes, with transactions processed by Xplor Pay and protected by advanced encryption. Keystone Material Handling is a PLC-driven automated filling solution that can also be installed as a stand-alone product at a concrete plant. The software is designed for one user to more than 500. Pricing is on request. A stand-alone workstation requires Windows 11 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, and 10 GB of free disk space. Maintenance contracts cover 24×7 support 365 days a year and software upgrades developed by GivenHansco.
