Fullrack
Fullrack is paid web software for independent UK gyms, studios, CrossFit boxes and individual coaches.
What Fullrack is
Fullrack is paid web software for independent UK gyms, studios, CrossFit boxes and individual coaches. Its gym system combines class bookings, waitlists, personal training, nutrition coaching, training plans, referrals, payments and digital waivers. Fullrack PT gives coaches a branded client app with session booking, packs, subscriptions, programme building, nutrition tracking, meal plans, progress charts and check-ins. Clients can self-book recurring sessions, while payments run through the customer’s own Stripe account; Fullrack says it takes no percentage of those payments. Open Food Facts supports barcode lookups. Each gym has a separate deployment and database, with stated security, export, erasure, logging and backup controls. Both products install from the web to a home screen rather than an app-store listing. PT plans are £15.00, £29.00 or £49.00 per month depending on client capacity.
Good
- Class bookings and waitlists
- Recurring sessions and self-booking
- Stripe payments without percentage taken
- Whole-database export at no charge
- Daily snapshots retained 14 days
Watch out
- No free plan
- No App Store listing
- PT client app is not a native listing
Who it suits
It suits UK gyms and studios needing bookings, memberships, payments and operational controls, plus coaches wanting branded client-management software. It is also relevant to users comfortable with web-installed apps instead of app-store downloads.
Verdict
Fullrack combines gym administration and coaching tools with booking, payment and data-management functions. Check the plan limits and web-installed delivery against your operation before choosing it.
