FloorWizard
FloorWizard is flooring business software for estimating, selling, scheduling, and managing jobs through an internet-accessible system.
What FloorWizard is
FloorWizard is flooring business software for estimating, selling, scheduling, and managing jobs through an internet-accessible system. It measures projects, estimates material and labor needs, and lets users rework estimates for alternate materials. On-site closing functions support sales, while project tools cover tracking, appointments, search, reports, and team assignments. Teams can access and share projects across remote locations using a managed central database, which FloorSoft says carries no additional cost. Access levels can be customized by user type, and administrators can control access to projects. The system also creates installation documents and emails documents to customers. For measurements, it supports a Tablet PC with a Bluetooth laser, including the Leica e7100i. FloorWizard supports takeoffs, material orders, installation scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and payments. It is aimed at flooring businesses, including retailers, installers, restoration, and renovation companies. Pricing is on request, and FloorSoft offers a free demo. Desktop access requires Windows XP or higher and Internet Explorer 7 or higher; Mac access requires third-party software that replicates Windows.
