What FACTS SIS is

FACTS SIS is a K-12 student information system for schools managing student, family, and staff records and coordinating school workflows. Its tools cover attendance, grading, fee management, admissions, and enrollment. Schools can set grading scales, use standards-based grading, create custom report cards, and generate transcripts with GPA calculations and historical records. Scheduling supports block formats and multiple campuses. The system also documents incidents, discipline, conferences, and interventions, and stores health details such as vaccination records, medication schedules, and medical conditions. Families use a mobile-optimized portal to view grades, billing, announcements, reports, and transcripts, with messaging through email, SMS, and app. FACTS lists API and secure data exchange integrations, including Google Classroom, Canvas, Pikmykid, Sage Intacct, and Apple, plus single sign-on across its ecosystem. Premier integration links the SIS with FACTS Payment Plans, including family single sign-on and automatic reflection of demographic updates in FACTS financial solutions.
