EZChildTrack

What EZChildTrack is

EZChildTrack is online childcare management software for program directors, site coordinators, and staff. It serves afterschool programs, daycare services, summer camps, and other childcare organizations, with browser access on laptops, PCs, tablets, and mobile devices as well as Android and iOS platforms. Parents can register and enroll online, pay, set up automatic payments, and view invoices, transactions, and tax statements. Automated billing covers tuition, late payments, late checkout charges, subsidies, and payment plans, with emailed invoices or statements. Staff can track attendance using computers, tablets, phones, parent PINs, student badges, scanners, readers, or printed rosters. Reporting includes customizable and standard reports, executive dashboards, Excel export, and more than 50 pre-designed reports. Agency accounting tracks subsidy-related fees, invoices, receivables, co-payments, and enrollment. Integrations include QuickBooks, EZReports, and EZComEd; payment processing uses Forte Payment Systems and CardConnect. Pricing is on request, based on program size. A free trial is available.
