What Estibill is

Estibill is estimating and invoicing software for contractors and service businesses, with a free Early Access plan. Estimates can be built from sections, items, groups, and materials, with labor and materials calculated separately. Users can apply discounts, returns, and material credits, then set deposits and progress payments tied to job sections; the final payment recalculates automatically. Approved estimates can become editable invoices, where businesses record payments and print receipts. Customers can receive estimates by text through a secure browser link without needing an account or app. Estimates and invoices can also be rendered as PDFs with company branding. The Early Access plan costs nothing and includes unlimited estimates and invoices, libraries for items, groups, and materials, payment schedules, customer links, PDFs, and web and Android access. Estibill lists web, Android, and iOS platforms, though its Android app is a direct download installed outside Google Play.
