Its modules include accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation, disbursements and receipts, fixed assets, general ledger, payroll, and purchase orders. Accounts payable supports multiple cash and checking accounts, recurring items, invoice selection, and audit trails for voids. Accounts receivable tracks customer details and payment history, applies payments to invoices, and records related journal entries. The budget module connects with the general ledger and can export municipal ledger numbers to a pre-designed Excel spreadsheet. Other options include water and sewer billing as an accounts receivable add-on, payroll features including New York State reporting, purchase order processing, and straight-line depreciation for fixed assets. The software is available for Windows 10/11 and recent versions of Microsoft Office/Access. The maker says it is compatible with the Uniform System of Accounts and follows accounting principles prescribed by the Office of the State Comptroller.
