What encoway CPQ is

encoway CPQ helps manufacturers configure complex, variant-rich products, calculate prices and create quotations. Its modular solution combines CPQ Studio, CPQ Sales and CPQ Showroom. CPQ Studio is used to build product logic, maintain product data and import information from other systems. CPQ Sales uses Guided Selling to turn customer needs into technical product features, with integrated 2D or 3D visualization and augmented reality. Document generation can produce quotations and other documents in a customer's corporate design. The software integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and SAP ERP, including LO-VC model transfer, KMAT configuration and automated SD document creation. Products and interfaces support Unicode, with no stated limit on mapped languages. Operating models include cloud, private cloud, SaaS and on-premises. The SaaS configurator is hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe with isolated customer environments, encrypted traffic and storage; on-premises deployment keeps sensitive product and price data inside the customer's firewall. SaaS customers receive ticket-system access and telephone support. Pricing is on request.
