Teams can also automate restrictions such as minimum stays and closed-to-arrival dates, and use a customizable dashboard to track revenue goals and property performance. Duetto says the product can provide data-powered rates for bookings up to five years ahead. Its platform connects with hotel systems such as property management systems and booking engines; listed partners include Amadeus, Cloudbeds, Infor, Oracle Hospitality, and SiteMinder. Duetto states that it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant for security, availability, and confidentiality, and describes encryption at rest and in transit. Setup may take as little as 30 days from contract, depending on the property and implementation complexity. Customers receive ongoing support from a dedicated Customer Success team after go-live.
