DTM Schema Comparer is a Windows application for comparing and synchronizing database schemas across engines. It covers tables, columns, views, indexes, triggers, keys, comments, and stored procedures. Tree views provide synchronized navigation, while red, green, and yellow markers identify different, orphaned, and equal objects. Users can compare or synchronize a complete schema or a selected portion, or create a .SQL synchronization script without applying changes. GUI and command-line modes support batch files, schedulers, and Windows Task Scheduler. Connectivity uses ODBC, IDAPI, OLE DB, and native Oracle Call Interface. Cross-engine comparisons include MySQL with Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase, and DB2 with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL. The product includes database-object text comparison, optional external comparison, MySQL include and exclude filters, and HTML reports with three detail levels. Standard costs $179, paid once, while Professional costs $249, paid once; there is no free plan, but a free trial is available. A license covers one computer, with a second copy allowed for the primary user’s portable computer.
