DRS Nova
DRS Nova is digital film restoration software for automated, manual, and generative AI workflows.
What DRS Nova is
DRS Nova is digital film restoration software for automated, manual, and generative AI workflows. MTai FrameGen recreates frames missing from jump cuts and frame slugs, and can replace heavily damaged frames with an interpolation model trained by MTI Film. SHINE and AutoFilter detect and repair dust and defects; SHINE also addresses dirt and fleeting scratches. Manual and automated stabilization tools target jitter, gate weave, splice bumps, and related movement. NOVA Paint can play two clips at different frame rates and paint from a source clip to a destination clip. Additional tools cover grain control, deflicker, scratch removal, dewarping, and three-layer registration. SHINE supports resolutions up to 6K for Vista Vision work. DRS Nova runs on Windows, with Windows 10 or 11, 128 GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GTX 3080 Ti with at least 16 GB recommended. A 30-day trial requires no credit card.
