Summary

DistilBook turns scripts and PDFs into videos through a web-based tool with script-to-video and AI scene generation. It includes text-to-speech voiceovers, subtitle generation, drawing animation and scene templates, along with a brand kit. Voiceovers are available in 19 languages, exports reach 1080p, and commercial use is supported. The tool does not include AI presenters or a character library. A one-time signup offer provides 10 credits, enough for the first slide; that option limits videos to 60 seconds and PDFs to 10 pages, adds a watermark and does not allow MP4 downloads. Paid plans are billed monthly: Basic costs $15 per month for 170 credits and motion videos up to four minutes, with 10-page PDF uploads. Pro costs $35 per month for 450 credits, videos up to six minutes and 30-page PDFs. Max costs $75 per month for 1,000 credits, videos up to 10 minutes and no PDF page limit. The pricing note also lists $7/mo billed yearly.
