DigitalOcean Cloud Security Posture Management is a web-based, agentless tool for assessing cloud infrastructure security. It checks configurations for drift and supports automated remediation. Agentless assessment means it does not require deploying an agent for these checks. The Free plan costs nothing and provides unlimited manual scans for standard rules. Basic costs $5 a month, billed per covered workload, and includes one workload scan per day. Standard is listed at $10 a month, also billed per covered workload, with rules management, custom notification integrations, standard reporting, and Security Advisor Quick Fix. That plan is marked “Coming soon.” The product uses a freemium pricing model, with a free plan and paid plans. DigitalOcean was founded in 2012.
