Dapplon Policy Distribution is a document management feature in Dapplon’s HR platform for employee documents and company policies, from onboarding through exit. Administrators can send a policy to all employees or selected groups, set an acknowledgement deadline, track responses, and automatically remind people who have not replied. Document creation tools include more than 50 pre-built HR templates, a custom template builder, employee-data autofill, multilingual templates, and batch generation; templates can produce offer letters, appointment letters, and certificates. The vault offers unlimited storage, employee and company folders, role-based permissions, version history, and full-text search. Dapplon says searches can locate documents across employees, folders, and date ranges in under five seconds. Signature options include Aadhaar eSign, DocuSign, and Dapplon eSign, with bulk sending, reminders, and an audit trail recording IP address and timestamp. Dapplon lists AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. The feature is available on Android, iOS, and web, with API access also listed.
