What CubbyTrack is

CubbyTrack is web-based childcare management software for attendance, enrollment, billing, family communication, staff operations, compliance, and reporting. Attendance tools cover classroom headcounts, check-in and check-out history, authorized pickups, and ratio awareness. Billing handles tuition, invoices, online payments through a center’s Square merchant account, autopay, subsidy tracking, balances, and collections. Staff features organize profiles, schedules, time-clock activity, breaks, hours, training and compliance records, reminders, and payroll-preparation reports; the platform does not process payroll or file payroll taxes. A family portal connects communication with care information, forms, billing, enrollment details, calendar items, learning updates, and document requests. Enrollment tools follow inquiries, tours, applications, capacity, and waitlists. Learning workflows include observations, assessment evidence, family acknowledgments, and family-facing updates. Authorized leaders can switch among multiple centers with location-aware access. CubbyTrack is a responsive web application for modern browsers on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops; a native mobile app is not required for normal workflows.
