Concrete ERP is a web system for managing ready-mix and precast plant operations, from orders and truck scheduling through production, invoicing, and management reports. Dispatch tools can divide orders into truck loads, avoid double-booking, and track trips to site. Mix designs are organized by strength class; the system accounts for aggregate moisture without changing the designed water-to-binder ratio and updates cost per cubic metre when material prices change. Fleet tools cover truck records, fuel economy measured tank to tank, and maintenance work orders linked to parts issued from the store. Precast and prestressed production tools cover orders, casting runs, beds, strands, and tension, and prevent strand release before concrete reaches strength. Quality control covers slump, specimens, curing age, and compression results judged against ACI 318. Invoicing can use delivery notes, and reports cover sales, cost, margin per cubic metre, and plant utilisation.
