What Clarity AI is

Clarity AI provides a security platform for detecting hiring fraud and protecting candidate and employee identities across the workforce lifecycle. It analyzes application behavior, identity signals, and media to flag falsified work histories, synthetic personas, and inconsistencies in application data. During live interviews, it examines video and audio patterns—including facial movement, lip-syncing, eye motion, and voice—for signs of deepfakes, voice clones, or proxy candidates. Its identity checks can cross-reference interview recordings, government IDs, and liveness tests to link a candidate to a persistent biometric identity. Clarity also looks for AI-assisted cheating through behavioral patterns and response anomalies in interviews and assessments. It says it checks that employees returning on later workdays are the same people who passed earlier checks. Risk notifications can go by email, Slack, or SIEM, and recommendations can appear within ATS, HRIS, and ITSM systems. The product offers web access and an API. API use requires a registered account with an existing organization, HTTP request knowledge, and a pre-generated JWT access token. Pricing is on request.
