What CADdoctor is

CADdoctor is the earlier Elysium product identity represented by the 3D-SUITE Editor, a paid set of tools for 3D engineering data and model-based engineering workflows. The suite supports PDQ checking, translation, validation, simplification, and data packages. Its PDQ Checker uses customizable criteria and thresholds against guidelines from SASIG, JAMA, JAPIA, and VDA. CAD Validator compares two CAD models for geometry, assembly structures, attributes, and PMI, then produces customizable reports. Adapters translate geometry, structures, attributes, and PMI between supported CAD and neutral formats. Plug-in connectivity is listed for CATIA V5, NX, Creo Parametric, and SOLIDWORKS. Front ends include desktop and web applications, Windows context menus, CAD menus, and command-line operation. Enterprise TransServer runs on the web with user management and Web API execution. Standard includes desktop applications, plug-ins, reusable scenarios, manual operation, and limited batch processing. Enterprise adds web solutions, full batch processing with load balancing and command line, PDM integration, and scalable automation. Pricing is on request. The product supports web and Windows, and 3D-SUITE Utility Tools can be used license-free.
