What BranchOrbit is

BranchOrbit is a web platform for restaurant, café, bakery, and multi-location operations. It combines online ordering, customer experience, operations, subscriptions, and POS integrations. Its branded storefront supports pickup and delivery, customizable menus, Stripe checkout, loyalty rewards, gift cards, customer accounts, and custom domains. Vendor dashboards show live orders, status changes, kitchen workflows, notifications, and branch-specific views. Multi-location controls cover tenants, branches, users, permissions, menus, subscriptions, and branch-level order routing. A tablet waitlist dashboard handles guest queues, party sizes, wait timers, notifications, seating, and history. Square paid-order synchronization is available; Clover integration is in progress and Toast is planned. Firebase supports push notifications, Redis supports realtime infrastructure, and Resend delivers transactional email. BranchOrbit describes tenant-scoped access, role-aware administration, and server-side encrypted POS tokens that stay off the frontend. It says full card numbers are not stored, with processors such as Stripe handling card processing. Pricing is available on request, based on locations, modules, POS review needs, and rollout support.
