Users can schedule board and committee meetings, build agendas and board books, take minutes, send calendar invitations, and track RSVPs and attendance. Meetings sync with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and Zoom supports virtual meetings. A central document repository stores board materials with folder- and file-level permissions. Members can annotate PDFs with highlights, underlines, strikethroughs, notes, drawings, text and images. Collaboration includes public, committee and private one-to-one discussions, as well as voting, polls and approvals. Administrators can control access by group or individual, including viewing, downloading, publishing and printing. The product also offers electronic signatures and unlimited committee workspaces; all plans include unlimited documents, meetings, signatures and committees. Security measures described include SSL, encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, monitoring and a web application firewall. It is available on Android, iOS and the web.
