Automateed

Overview

Automateed is a book-creation service that brings planning, AI drafting, editing, design, and export into a single workflow. It supports ebooks, novels, storybooks, coloring books, journals, cookbooks, workbooks, and puzzle books. Authors can outline a book, work in a chapter workspace, use continuity tools, and revise text with rewrite controls.

Finished files can be exported as PDF, EPUB, or DOCX for review before upload to a publishing platform. Authors may prepare a listing for Automateed marketplace review or download their files and publish through their own accounts. The service also describes tools for audiobooks, courses, author websites, sales funnels, email lists, and paperback offers. Readers comparing options can browse AI Book Writing Software.

Automateed has a free plan, a limited workflow preview, and a free trial. Free access allows an ebook preview online, but the paid plans specify monthly production allowances that reset each month.

Key features

Planning, drafting, and revision

The workflow spans book planning through drafting, editing, design, and export. Outlining and a chapter workspace help organize a project, while continuity tools and rewrite controls support revision. The range of book types includes both fiction and practical formats, from novels and storybooks to cookbooks, journals, workbooks, and puzzle books.

Exports and publishing options

PDF, EPUB, and DOCX exports provide files for review before publication. Authors can submit a listing for Automateed marketplace review, or use their own publishing accounts. The service says book files can be uploaded to Kindle or Google Play.

Additional creator tools

Beyond book creation, Automateed describes products for audiobooks, courses, author websites, sales funnels, email lists, and paperback offers. Stripe is named as a payout route, with PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or bank details listed as payout methods.

Mobile access and privacy

Automateed links to iOS and Android apps and says projects sync across devices. Its privacy policy says prompts and content needed for generation may be sent to specialist providers, while private manuscripts and project content are not sold. It also describes administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but notes that no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Automateed warns that generated content may contain factual errors or inconsistencies and advises authors to review and edit it before publication. Paid plans list help center guides and email support; the site provides [email protected] as a contact.

Pricing

Automateed uses a freemium model. The plans below are one-time payments, with monthly credit allowances that reset each month. Extra credits and author website hosting may cost separately.

A free plan and free trial are also listed. The free-plan description focuses on previewing an ebook online, and the service separately describes a limited workflow preview before choosing a paid plan.

Platforms

Automateed is listed for Android, iOS, and web. Its site says projects sync across devices. The service also says exported book files can be uploaded to Kindle or Google Play.

Who it's for

Automateed presents itself for authors and self-publishers, as well as educators, course creators, content creators, agencies, and small businesses. Its broad set of book formats and related creator tools may suit people building more than one kind of publishing or digital-content project. The monthly allowances and possible extra charges are relevant when estimating ongoing production needs, even though plan payments are one-time.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Combines planning, drafting, editing, design, and export in a book workflow.
• Supports multiple book categories and exports to PDF, EPUB, and DOCX.
• Offers marketplace review or the option to publish through the author's own accounts.
• Lists Android, iOS, and web access, with project syncing across devices.
• Includes free access options alongside one-time payment plans.

Cons

• Free access is described as previews, not the monthly production allowances offered by paid plans.
• Monthly allowances reset, and extra credits or author website hosting may cost separately.
• Generated material may contain factual errors or inconsistencies, so authors need to review and edit it before publication.
• Prompts and generation content may be sent to specialist providers, and the privacy policy does not promise complete security.

Alternatives

Other options in this category include Jenova Creative Fiction Writer, Pendraic, BookBud.ai, AIWriteBook Audiobook Studio, Bookwiz, Calliope, Manuscripts.ai, and FireQuill.

Verdict

Automateed covers a wide stretch of book production, from outlining and chapter work to revision, design, and export, while also describing tools for adjacent creator tasks. Its free access is useful for previewing rather than establishing full production capacity; the defined monthly allowances belong to its paid one-time plans and reset monthly. Authors should factor in possible extra costs for credits or hosting, and should review generated material carefully before publication. For users seeking one service spanning several book formats and publishing-related tasks, Automateed offers a broad workflow, with limits and content review responsibilities worth considering.
