Planning tools include a grid for arranging acts, chapters, and scenes, plus a matrix view of the story. Writers can import Word, Markdown, or HTML files and export their work. The service is mobile compatible for jotting down ideas and reviewing stories on the go. Listed AI options include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral AI, OpenRouter, LM Studio, and Ollama; Hobbyist and higher plans support using your own AI key. The privacy policy says novels and other creative content are not used to train AI or machine-learning models. Data may be stored in the EU or US, with the EU as the primary location.
