What Auction Experts is
Auction Experts provides hosted, white-label auction software for auction houses, liquidators, dealers, and charities. Timed, live, sealed-bid, and Dutch auctions are managed from one back office, which covers consignment intake, cataloguing, bidder management, live sales, invoicing, and reporting. The bidding engine supports real-time bids from web, apps, and external platforms, as well as proxy bids and soft-close extensions.
The AI Connector links Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant to auction data and tasks such as lot cataloguing. The platform offers separate front-end and integration APIs, plus outbound webhooks for auction and lot events. Named integrations include Azure, Umbraco, Drupal, Stripe, Mollie, Exact, Invaluable, Lot-tissimo, and MessageBird. It runs on Microsoft Azure in West Europe. Prices exclude VAT, and storage and traffic are unmetered under fair use on both plans. Enterprise pricing and implementation are available on request and include native iOS and Android apps. The service identifies Logan ICT Services B.V. in Amsterdam, Netherlands, as its company.
