Asili ERP is a web-based business system from Nairobi that combines point of sale, inventory, accounting, payroll, and tax compliance in one ledger. Sales, purchases, and payments post to double-entry books, with reports that trace entries to source documents. Businesses can move stock between outlets with approvals and perform blind counts while stores remain open. Payment options include M-Pesa, bank transfer, cards, cheques, cash, customer advances, and credit notes, with split tenders on one receipt. KRA eTIMS fiscalisation handles receipts and invoices as they are issued, including QR codes and per-document submission history. Payroll calculates Kenyan deductions such as PAYE, NSSF, health contributions, and levies, with remittance reports. Role- and outlet-based permissions, separation of duties, configurable approvals, and a verifiable hash-chained activity log support control. Nightly reconciliation routes exceptions into workflows and unresolved differences block period close. It serves distribution, wholesale, retail chains, manufacturing, and hospitality. The Duka plan costs 4,999 KES a month; there is no free plan.
