AppFolio Online Portal is the resident experience app for properties managed with AppFolio Property Manager. Called FolioSpace, it supports the rental lifecycle from application and screening through move-in, daily living, and lease renewal. Residents can apply, complete screening, follow guided move-in tasks, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, message the property team, and use resident services. Payment methods include eCheck (ACH), credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Flex rent splitting, and AutoPay. The portal is built into AppFolio’s Performance Platform, allowing existing Resident Portal users to transition without a new download or account. Core resident features are available with Core, Plus, and Max plans; advanced AI workflows are available with Plus and Max. Realm-X Messages answers routine questions using stored payment, maintenance, and lease information. FolioSpace works on web, iPhone, iPad, and Android.
