AIApply

Overview

AIApply combines job discovery, application preparation and automated submissions in one job-search platform. It identifies roles that match a candidate and can submit applications with resumes and cover letters tailored to each posting. Job-board access, saved jobs, AI match scoring and application tracking support the process from finding openings to following applications.

Its tools include a Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit and Mock Interview tool. Auto Apply provides Auto, Hybrid and Review modes; AIApply states that this feature has a daily cap of 70 applications. Separately, its paid application plans specify fixed monthly or quarterly volumes, with each Auto Apply credit representing one application.

AIApply is freemium. The free subscription provides job-board access and saved jobs, up to two mock interviews and a limited number of cover letters. It does not include the Resume Builder, so the free tier offers only part of the application-preparation toolkit.

Key features

Job matching and application tracking

AIApply uses AI match scoring to help identify relevant roles, then offers automated application assistance. Its tracking feature gives users a way to monitor applications in the same service. The job listings are aggregated, and a browser extension is also available.

Application materials

The Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator and Application Kit are designed to support preparation of application materials. AIApply can tailor resumes and cover letters to individual postings through Auto Apply. The free plan has limited cover letters but excludes the Resume Builder; the listed Premium plan includes all three tools along with Mock Interview.

Auto Apply controls and limits

Auto Apply has Auto, Hybrid and Review modes, giving users different ways to manage automated submissions. AIApply states a cap of 70 applications per day. Paid Auto Apply options are sold in fixed volumes, and the support information defines one credit as one application. The daily cap and the volume of a chosen plan are distinct limits to consider.

Interview practice and live assistance

The Mock Interview tool is part of AIApply’s preparation features, and the free subscription includes up to two mock interviews. Interview Buddy is a separate live interview assistant subscription. Its desktop app for Windows and macOS listens to interviewer audio and provides real-time suggestions. Interview Buddy works with Zoom and Microsoft Teams; AIApply recommends running Zoom in a web browser.

Privacy and support

AIApply says it encrypts information in transit and at rest, does not sell data, and allows users to delete files or their account. Its privacy policy says the service processes job-search materials, Interview Buddy audio and transcripts, and AutoApply submissions and mailbox contents. For subscription and account assistance, AIApply directs users to website chat.

Who it's for

AIApply describes its audience as active job seekers, from new graduates through experienced professionals and executives. The free plan can provide an initial way to use selected tools, but it does not include the Resume Builder and limits cover letters and mock interviews. Internships are not currently supported.

Pros and cons

Verdict

AIApply is a broad job-search toolkit for candidates who want matching and application tracking alongside resume, cover-letter and interview preparation. Its free tier covers basic job discovery and a few limited tools, while the Resume Builder and higher-volume Auto Apply options require paid access. Before choosing a plan, consider the per-application volumes, the separate Interview Buddy subscription, and the service’s stated handling of interview audio, transcripts and mailbox contents. Candidates seeking internships will need another option.
