Active Portal is a web portal and mobile app for residents managing social housing tenancies. Residents can self-register without back-office intervention and use multi-factor authentication. They can view tenancy finances, including charge breakdowns, sub-accounts and statements, make rent or ad-hoc payments, and manage Direct Debits through payment-provider integrations. The portal also supports property issue diagnosis and repair appointment scheduling for residents and staff; its product information says appointments take an average of 99 seconds. Residents can report anti-social behaviour and follow or update open cases, send and receive messages, and use configurable forms. Document access connects with electronic document management systems, while digital signing is supported through solutions such as DocuSign. Active Housing says the portal connects in real time with housing management systems, CRMs, document systems, payment providers and schedulers. Organisations can configure resident journeys, branding and business rules, including multi-entity dual-branding. The maker displays ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certifications.
