The Redmi Note 9 Pro is the latest phone to come from Redmi. The phone unlike its predecessor has a lower starting price and somewhat delivers just like it. While the Redmi Note 8 Pro was a serious jump when compared to the Redmi Note 7 Pro, we don’t see the same story repeating here.
The Note 9 Pro comes packed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC and is available in a bunch of memory & storage options. We get a rather modern, 6.67-inch center punch-hole LCD panel on the front. While the Poco series has debuted a higher refresh rate display we get a standard 60Hz panel here. There is a quad-camera module on the rear with a 48-megapixel primary camera which is quite standard on Redmi phones these days, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you get a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
A rather massive 5,020mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging powers the phone. At the INR 13,000 starting price, the Redmi Note 9 Pro is certainly a phone to consider.
