Following weeks of hyping, Xiaomi launched one of their newest streaming stick, the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K, in India. The stick is identical in looks to their previous model but   Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and built-in Chromecast. The streaming stick is bundled with a Mi Voice Remote which has shortcuts for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and an Assistant button for quick voice searches.

The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K comes is a small plug-n-play device similar to Amazon’s FireTV stick ecosystem. The stick has the ability to output content at 4K resolution and happens to be the third 4K stick in the Indian market after the Amazon FireTV stick 4K and realme’s offering. The stick is powered by a Quad-core Cortex A35 processor with ARM Mali-G31 MP2 GPU which is coupled with 2GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. For ease of use, the stick also comes with dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 5.2 support. It runs Android TV 11 with Patchwall on top, similar to its smart TVs.

The stick also supports Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos, along with a built-in Chromecast. Xiaomi is bundling the 4K TV stick with a Bluetooth Voice remote which has dedicated shortcut keys for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+Hotstar, and Google Assistant button for a quick voice search.

The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K is priced at INR 4,999 and will be sold via mi.com starting February 20th, 12pm.
