TwoShot’s guidance specifically warns that cloning a real artist’s voice raises a likeness issue and suggests describing a style instead of naming a celebrity unless you have permission. It also says publishing or monetizing a cover of a copyrighted track needs the right licence. Those are distinct questions: permission to imitate a person’s voice does not by itself establish rights to the song, and a song licence does not by itself establish consent to imitate a voice.
