Among everything else that Xiaomi launched at its event includes the Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro as well. The new top-of-the-line TWS earphones come with a new space capsule design that is more rounded than any of its previous iterations. The TWS earphones together with their case look bright but have a matte finish to them. The headphone comes in shades of Black and Gold. Another nice thing with the case is that it holds the earphones via strong magnetic action, which means there are no chances of the otherwise minuscule earphones falling off the case.
Among the other positive aspects of the new Buds 4 Pro TWS earphones is the dynamic noise reduction tech it features. It has a noise reduction depth of 48 dB and a noise reduction width of up to a max of 4000 Hz. There are three levels of adaptive automatic adjustment available as well which act to identify the environment on its own and automatically adjust the noise reduction depth accordingly to allow for the most optimum listening experience.
Apart from this, the earphones also provide for three levels of manual adjustment as well. This way, the user will have the option to balance the noise reduction level and ear pressure to ensure perfect levels of comfort. Further, to ensure optimum performance in different usage conditions, the earphones offer a three-stop transparency mode feature which includes standard, vocal enhancement, and environment enhancement modes.
Xiaomi also said the earphones have been designed to incorporate a unique shape to allow for the minimum of wind noise during external usages, such as when cycling, while engaged in some sort of sports, and such. Then there is the company’s anti-wind algorithm developed in-house that is also at work to ensure just the minimum of disturbance from wind noise. It also acts to classify the sort of wind noise and apply noise reduction accordingly if needed or not applied at all to conserve battery power.
Coming to specs, there is the 11mm large-amplitude moving coil unit onboard that supports 96kHz high-definition audio along with the SBC, AAC, and LHDC 4.0 audio codecs. It also comes with 3mic+ bone voiceprint noise reduction feature for calls for better quality sound. It offers 9 hours of playback time, which gets extended to 38 hours with the case included. Plugging it for just 30 mins will be enough for the earphone to get fully charged. The earphones are priced at 1099 Yuan and are going to be available only in China for now.
