How To Prepare An AI Track For A SoundCloud Upload
- Check the current SoundCloud rules. Look specifically for AI disclosure, impersonation, copyright, samples and monetisation language.
- Confirm the generator licence. Check whether your plan permits publishing the resulting file on SoundCloud and whether free-plan downloads have restrictions.
- Remove unlicensed material. Do not use a celebrity voice, a copied melody, lyrics you do not control or samples without the required consent.

Songin.ai says its generated songs can include AI cover art suitable for uploads to Spotify, YouTube or SoundCloud, but that statement does not replace SoundCloud’s own rules. Voices, Covers And Samples Need Extra Care

Rules differ by platform. YouTube requires creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content that could be mistaken for a real person’s performance, and its inauthentic-content policy targets mass-produced, repetitive or template-based uploads rather than AI use by itself.
