Overview

Warmerly combines automated email warmup with daily checks of mailbox authentication and connection records. It is a strong fit for teams managing multiple senders, especially agencies that need client workspaces and API access. Its main appeal is that warmup and deliverability monitoring sit alongside campaign tools; the free tier’s sending cap and the separate LinkedIn charge make plan fit worth checking.

Key features

Warmerly warms mailboxes with threaded conversations, quoted replies and delays, and automatically rescues messages that reach spam. A private warmup network and custom schedules give users control over how warmup is organized, while spam monitoring addresses a practical failure point. The service also supports multiple mailboxes, but the best fit depends on how many accounts and campaigns a team actually needs.

InboxPulse checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and TLS daily for connected mailboxes. That recurring sweep can help teams catch configuration or connection problems without relying only on occasional checks. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect with OAuth; other providers can connect through IMAP and SMTP, including Zoho and Namecheap Private Email.

Warmerly also offers LinkedIn warmup and outreach and WhatsApp messaging. LinkedIn is charged separately at $50/month per account, so it can materially change the cost for teams using that channel. WhatsApp accounts are included on Growth and Agency, but not on the lower plans.

Warmerly says mailbox credentials and OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and requests use TLS 1.2 or higher. It says the service is hosted in the EU, with primary databases and backups in the region. The operator is Kristiyan Tsvetanov, a UK-based sole trader. Warmerly acts as a processor for customer data and controller for account information, and offers a signed Data Processing Addendum on paid plans. The founder answers support tickets; security inquiries receive a response within one business day.

Pricing

Warmerly has a free plan, paid plans billed monthly, and a 7-day trial. Paid email sending is described as unlimited and unmetered, unlike the Free plan’s limit of 100 campaign emails per month.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: One own email account, 100 campaign emails per month, 500 leads per campaign, 250 email checks per month, 50 email lookups per month and a free mailbox to warm. It is useful for trying the core workflow, but the campaign cap and small account allowance make it a poor fit for sustained team use.
Starter — 19.00 USD per month: Five email accounts, five concurrent campaigns, 2,500 leads per campaign, 5,000 email checks and 1,000 lookups per month. This is the practical step up for a small operation that has outgrown the free sending limit, though its campaign and account ceilings constrain larger programs.
Growth — 49.00 USD per month: 25 email accounts, 25 concurrent campaigns, 25,000 leads per campaign, 25,000 checks and 10,000 lookups per month, plus two WhatsApp accounts. It suits teams managing several senders and campaigns, with substantial quotas before the Agency tier is needed.
Agency — 179.00 USD per month: 100 email accounts, unlimited campaigns, 100,000 leads per campaign, 150,000 checks and 100,000 lookups per month, eight WhatsApp accounts, separate client workspaces and API access. Those workspace and API features make it the clearest choice for agencies; smaller teams may not need its much higher capacity.

LinkedIn is separate at $50/month per account. The listed paid plan prices are monthly, so readers should compare the account, campaign and checking quotas against their actual workload rather than assume every channel is included.

Platforms

Warmerly supports web, Android and API access. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 use OAuth, while other mailboxes can connect using IMAP and SMTP.

Who it's for

Agencies are the strongest match for Agency’s client workspaces and API access. Sales teams, lead-generation businesses, telecom companies, founders, SDRs and recruiters may also benefit from mailbox warmup and recurring deliverability checks. Free is best for a limited trial of the workflow; teams sending at scale should look to a paid plan, where campaign email is unlimited and unmetered.

Pros and cons

Pros: Warmup combines threaded, delayed conversations with automatic rescue from spam, addressing both message realism and a common delivery problem.
Pros: Daily SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and TLS checks provide a broader recurring mailbox-health view than warmup alone.
Pros: OAuth for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 plus IMAP/SMTP support for other providers gives teams more than one connection route.
Pros: Agency includes separate client workspaces and API access, alongside high mailbox and checking quotas.
Cons: Free allows just one own account and 100 campaign emails monthly, limiting its usefulness beyond a small trial.
Cons: LinkedIn costs $50/month per account separately, so teams adding that channel face a distinct recurring charge.
Cons: The sharp jump from Growth at 49.00 USD per month to Agency at 179.00 USD per month is difficult to justify unless the extra capacity, client workspaces or API matter.

Alternatives

Browse Email Warmup Software for more options. EmailWarmup is another freemium web and API option; its Starter is 19.00 USD per month and provides three mailboxes, 100 warmup emails per day and up to eight active peers per mailbox, so consider it if those per-mailbox warmup limits suit your needs. TrulyInbox has a free-forever tier with one account, 10 warmup emails per day and basic deliverability tracking, making it an alternative for a modest free warmup start.

Mailreach pairs warming with a spam tester on its All-In-One plan at 19.50 USD per month, with at least 20 spam test credits and up to 100 emails per day; choose it if spam testing is the more relevant emphasis. InboxWarm.ai is a paid web and API option with a free trial and mailbox-count pricing; its 51–100 mailbox tier is 5.00 USD per month, suited to readers comparing by mailbox volume. MailStrike is paid with a free trial; its Solo plan is 18.00 USD per year and includes one mailbox, a monthly placement test and 900 warming emails per month, for a reader who wants that narrower, low-cost package.

SendScale Email Warmup is another freemium option with web access. WarmEnvelopes is a freemium web alternative. Mailwarmup is a paid web option with a free trial; its Starter is 19.00 USD per month for one email account and up to 50 positive engagements per day, a fit for someone prioritizing that smaller account allowance.

Verdict

Warmerly is a sensible choice for agencies and growing sales teams that want warmup, daily mailbox checks and multiple provider connections in one service. Agency’s client workspaces and API are its clearest differentiators for agency operations, while Growth offers meaningful multi-account capacity at a lower monthly price. Look elsewhere if you need only a small warmup allowance, or if a separate $50/month charge per LinkedIn account would undermine the economics.
