Overview

TrulyInbox pairs industry- and topic-specific warmup emails with ongoing deliverability tracking and checks on email authentication and reputation. A shared warmup network, custom schedules, spam monitoring, and multiple-mailbox support make it relevant to teams that need more than a basic warmup counter. The main trade-off is capacity: daily warmup quotas vary sharply by plan, and the paid plans are substantially cheaper when billed annually.

Key features

Warmup and deliverability

Warmup messages support 50+ industries and 12 languages, with AI Adaptive, Progressive, Random, and Flat strategies. That choice lets teams vary how warmup activity is shaped; the daily quota, rather than the number of strategy options, determines how much activity a plan can sustain. Deliverability tracking adds a 90-day history, ESP-level breakdowns, a 0–100 score, and an outreach readiness status, giving users several ways to monitor performance over time.

Account health and connections

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX checks, plus domain and IP blacklist monitoring, can surface issues that sending activity alone will not address. Setup scores and guidance for failed checks help teams identify where to focus. Accounts can connect through one-click Google or Microsoft OAuth, or through SMTP/IMAP; the service supports 18+ email providers.

API, security, and data handling

The REST API and webhooks support custom workflows and sales-tool integrations. The Open API covers account management, warmup controls, deliverability checks, and activity reports, but its limit of 20 requests per minute per API key may constrain high-frequency automation. TrulyInbox says it encrypts data in transit with TLS/SSL and at rest with AES-256, uses role-based access controls, and runs on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. Its privacy policy says regular email content is not read, stored, or analyzed outside warmup, and metadata from regular business or personal email is not collected.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, lasts forever, and includes one account, 10 warmup emails per day, and basic deliverability tracking. It is a low-risk way to assess the service, but 10 daily emails and basic tracking are a narrow fit for active outreach. Free users receive self-service support.

Starter costs 22.00 USD per year, billed annually at $264/year, or $29/mo if paid monthly. It allows unlimited accounts and 200 warmup emails per day, and is best suited for 3 inboxes. That makes it the entry point for small teams that need more than the free quota; Starter support has a 48-hour response tier.

Growth costs 84.00 USD per year, billed annually at $1,008/year, or $99/mo if paid monthly. It raises the daily quota to 1,000 warmup emails and is best suited for 15 inboxes. It suits a larger outreach operation that needs a meaningful volume increase without moving to Scale.

Scale costs 169.00 USD per year, billed annually at $2,028/year, or $199/mo if paid monthly. Its 3,000 daily warmup emails and recommended capacity of 50 inboxes target teams with broader mailbox needs. Scale Plus costs 407.00 USD per year, billed annually at $4,884/year, or $479/mo if paid monthly; it shows 5,000 warmup emails per day and a 65% reply rate, and is best suited for 100 inboxes. Higher paid tiers have 24-hour email/chat support.

Paid plans include a 7-day trial with no required credit card, and the pricing page offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. The stated general daily email limit is 200/day, so teams should pay attention to plan quotas when choosing a tier; the published Starter, Growth, Scale, and Scale Plus quotas are higher.

Platforms

TrulyInbox is available on web and through its API.

Who it's for

Sales teams, recruiters, marketers, agencies, and businesses running cold outreach or campaigns are the clearest fit. Teams managing multiple inboxes can pair warmup with authentication checks and deliverability reporting, while API users can connect those functions to custom workflows if 20 requests per minute per key is sufficient. It is less compelling for a single, low-volume user who needs only a small amount of warmup activity.

Pros and cons

Pros: Four warmup strategies and tailored messages across 50+ industries and 12 languages provide useful flexibility for varied outreach programs.
Pros: The 90-day history, ESP breakdowns, deliverability score, authentication checks, and blacklist monitoring cover more than warmup volume alone.
Pros: Unlimited accounts on paid plans and recommended capacities reaching 100 inboxes support teams as they scale.
Cons: The free plan's 10 warmup emails per day and single account sharply limit ongoing use.
Cons: Annual billing totals are sizable, even though monthly payment is offered at higher stated monthly rates.
Cons: API automation is subject to a 20-requests-per-minute per-key cap.

Alternatives

Email Warmup Software is the broader category to explore when comparing tools. Choose Warmerly instead if Android support matters or if its free plan's campaign, lead, email-check, and lookup allowances better match the work. EmailWarmup is worth considering for teams that want a lower-priced Starter plan at 19.00 USD per month with three mailboxes and 100 warmup emails per day, or a Growth tier at 49.00 USD per month.

Consider InboxWarm.ai if a paid-only service with a free trial is acceptable and its per-mailbox monthly pricing better fits your mailbox count. Mailreach offers a 19.50 USD per month All-In-One plan combining an email warmer with spam testing and at least 20 spam test credits, making it a fit when testing is a priority. MailStrike is another paid option with a free trial; its Solo plan costs 18.00 USD per year and includes one mailbox, a placement test each month, 900 warming emails per month, and an AI persona.

Inbox Warmup may suit teams drawn to a $1 first seven days followed by $39/month from day 8, with 5,000 email credits per month and a 75-email-per-hour account-wide limit. InboxPlan is a paid option with a free trial. Mailwarmup is another paid option with a free trial; its Starter plan is 19.00 USD per month for one email account and up to 50 positive engagements per day, with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Verdict

TrulyInbox is a strong choice for outreach teams that want warmup flexibility alongside deliverability and account-health visibility, especially when they manage multiple inboxes. Its trial, free tier, and scalable daily quotas make it accessible to different team sizes, but the free quota is small and annual paid commitments add up. Look elsewhere if you need a higher API request rate or prefer a lower-commitment, lower-cost plan.
