Overview

Wellnito brings booking, point-of-sale billing, client management, marketing, staff administration, inventory and reporting into one platform. That breadth is its main appeal: appointment activity can connect with reminders, client records and billing, while sales feed inventory updates. For a business currently coordinating these tasks across separate tools, the combined workflow may be valuable; businesses looking only for appointment scheduling may find the wider feature set unnecessary.

Key features

Appointments and billing

Customers can book online around the clock, while automatic staff and room assignment, recurring appointments, waitlists, reminders and walk-in queues cover different ways appointments enter a salon or clinic. That range is useful for businesses juggling booked and walk-in work. The POS supports offline billing, GST-compliant invoices and multiple payment methods; inventory updates when connectivity returns, which helps keep sales and stock aligned even after an offline transaction.

Client engagement

Profiles can hold visit and payment history, preferences, allergies and notes, with client segments for targeted campaigns. WhatsApp campaigns, automated reminders and follow-ups, and Google review requests make the CRM more than a record-keeping feature. These tools are especially relevant to businesses that want to encourage repeat visits, though the paid plans' WhatsApp quotas matter if campaigns are frequent.

Operations and reporting

Attendance and shift management, commissions and payroll, real-time stock tracking, reorder alerts and warehouse management address day-to-day operations beyond the appointment book. Revenue, staff-performance, retention and service-popularity reports can be exported to Excel or PDF. Integrations and workflows include WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, Instagram, UPI and payments, Excel and PDF exports, and GST accounting.

Pricing

Wellnito has a free plan, paid monthly plans, and a 14-day trial for paid plans. The trial requires no credit card, and paid plans include free onboarding. Starter and Growth are priced per store.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 INR per free; free forever	100 appointments/month, 100 bills/month, CRM up to 500 clients, 3 staff and email support
Starter	999.00 INR per month; billed monthly	Per store, up to 10 staff, 200 free WhatsApp messages/month, unlimited appointments and CRM; email and chat support
Growth	1499.00 INR per month; billed monthly	Per store, unlimited clients and staff, 2,000 free WhatsApp messages/month, multi-store dashboard and priority chat
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Multi-branch operation, unlimited WhatsApp messages, API access and integrations, dedicated account manager, 24/7 priority support and phone support

Free is best for a very small operation testing the workflow: its 100 monthly appointments and bills and three-staff cap can quickly become restrictive. Starter removes appointment and CRM caps and raises staffing capacity to 10, but still limits free WhatsApp messages to 200 a month. Growth is the clearer step for larger teams or multiple locations, with unlimited staff and clients, a multi-store dashboard and a tenfold larger message allowance. Enterprise suits multi-branch businesses needing API access, custom permissions and higher-touch support; its price is custom.

Platforms

Wellnito runs in a browser and on iOS and Android, with mobile access to appointments, billing and WhatsApp marketing. An API is also listed as a platform and Enterprise includes API access and integrations. The combination gives owners and staff options to manage core tasks away from a desktop, while API access is aimed at businesses with integration needs.

Who it's for

The product is built for Indian businesses and names hair salons, spas, nail studios, clinics, fitness and yoga studios, barbers and multi-branch businesses as intended customers. GST-compliant invoices and UPI and payment workflows are particularly relevant to that market. The broad operational toolkit fits businesses that need more than a booking calendar; a solo operator with low appointment volume may have little reason to move beyond Free.

Pros and cons

Pros: Booking, offline-capable billing, CRM, marketing, staff tools and inventory are combined, reducing the need to stitch together separate workflows.
Pros: The Free plan supports up to 500 CRM clients, making it useful for building a customer base before paying, provided monthly appointments and bills stay within 100 and the team within three staff.
Pros: Paid plans include onboarding and a 14-day, no-credit-card trial, lowering the commitment involved in evaluating the workflow.
Cons: Free's 100-appointment and 100-bill monthly caps may be too low for busy businesses, even before its three-staff limit becomes an issue.
Cons: Starter's 200 free WhatsApp messages/month may constrain businesses that rely heavily on campaigns and automated communication.
Cons: Enterprise uses custom pricing, so multi-branch buyers cannot compare its cost from a fixed monthly rate.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, browse Salon CRM Software. ZibaDesk is worth considering for businesses that want a free plan and a Pro tier priced at 19.99 AUD per month per business for up to five staff, with SMS and WhatsApp campaigns and shift scheduling. Salonist may suit a smaller appointment-focused operation: its free Marketplace Listing plan covers 50 appointments per month, online booking, scheduling and staff shifts.

Fresha offers Independent and Team plans, with the latter for unlimited team members. Orbis Salon is a paid option with a Lite plan at 4.99 GBP per month for one staff member, one location and 30 bookings/month, plus a 50p booking service fee per booking. Tilavon is another paid alternative, with a Boutique plan at 19.00 USD per month for up to five employees, POS and appointment scheduling.

Phorest offers paid Starter, Grow and Complete Advantage plans. GlossGenius is a paid alternative with a Standard plan at 28.00 USD per month, including a custom booking website, unlimited client notifications, email and text marketing, and inventory. Pronto has a free plan capped at one staff member, 100 clients, 50 bookings/month and 100 products, making it an option to consider for a small operation comfortable with those limits.

Verdict

Wellnito is a strong fit for Indian salons and wellness businesses that want booking, GST billing, client engagement and operational tools under one roof. Its free tier can support a small team, and Starter and Growth offer a clear path as appointments, staff and messaging needs expand. Look elsewhere if your operation needs a higher free-plan booking ceiling or a fixed, published price for multi-branch service.
