Overview

SalesScreen is a sales gamification and performance platform for teams that want to make sales activity more visible and reinforce it through competitions and rewards. It is best suited to high-volume sales organizations; teams seeking performance visibility alongside structured incentives may find it a stronger fit than those looking for a general-purpose sales tool.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, SalesScreen serves industries including insurance, financial services, telecommunications, recruitment, real estate, call centers, and software. Its feature set spans goal setting, performance dashboards, coaching workflows, rep scorecards, and execution management, in addition to gamification.

Key features

Gamification and performance support

Competitions, recognition, achievements, missions, and rewards give managers several ways to encourage sales behaviors and celebrate progress. That breadth can suit teams that want more than a leaderboard, though the approach is most relevant when incentives and public recognition fit the team’s culture.

Real-time dashboards and an interactive feed help make activity visible, while goal setting, coaching workflows, scorecards, and execution management add ways to track and support performance. The Essentials trial includes dashboards, the feed, and basic competitions, giving prospective customers a useful view of those core elements.

Scout AI

Scout AI monitors performance and recommends gamification mechanics and actions when performance begins to drift. This makes the AI feature specifically about responding to changes in team performance, rather than a broad promise of automated sales management.

Integrations and mobile access

SalesScreen names Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, SuperOffice, Genesys, RingCentral, and Slack among its integrations, and says Zapier connects it to more than 1,500 apps. Customers can also build their own integration through the API. This range is useful for teams with existing CRM and communications workflows, although custom integration work may require customer effort.

The iOS and Android apps connect to the same real-time CRM data as the web and TV display versions, so teams can access performance information across those surfaces. The available platforms are Android, iOS, web, and API.

Security and support

SalesScreen maintains ISO 27001:2022 certification and complies with GDPR. It says customer data is hosted in Microsoft Azure European data centers, encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest with AES-256; its security page also lists role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication for access to critical systems. Plan support features include support chat, customer success support, and a dedicated onboarding specialist.

Pricing

SalesScreen is paid software, starting at $30/user/mo on an annual term. There is no free plan; the free evaluation route is a 30-day trial. The Essentials trial includes basic competitions, an interactive feed, and real-time dashboards. After the trial, Essentials can continue monthly, but its price is custom pricing.

Essentials includes up to 4 metrics and 10 achievements. It may suit teams with modest tracking needs, but the metric cap and limited achievement count make it less appropriate for organizations that need broader measurement or a larger recognition program.

Scale is for sales teams of at least 10 and allows up to 8 metrics. Its price is custom pricing. It offers more measurement capacity than Essentials, but teams requiring unlimited metrics will need a higher tier.

Pro is for sales teams of at least 15 and includes unlimited metrics; its price is custom pricing. It is the clearer fit for larger teams tracking many performance measures, though the minimum team size rules it out for smaller groups.

Enterprise uses custom pricing and includes advanced gamification, customization, and premium service. It is aimed at organizations needing a more tailored deployment rather than a preset tier.

Coaching and Scorecards are available as add-ons at $5 per user / month. Their separate charge matters for teams that need these capabilities and should be included when comparing total cost. Apart from the stated starting price and add-on rate, plan prices are custom pricing.

Platforms

SalesScreen supports Android, iOS, web, and API. The mobile apps share real-time CRM data with the web and TV display versions, while the API gives customers a route to build their own integration.

Who it's for

SalesScreen is a strong candidate for high-volume sales teams in industries such as insurance, financial services, telco, recruitment, real estate, call centers, and software. Its mix of gamification, dashboards, and coaching-related tools is most compelling when managers want to connect visible performance measures with competitions and recognition.

Smaller teams should check tier minimums carefully: Scale starts at 10 salespeople and Pro at 15. Teams that do not want gamification, need a free plan, or want published tier prices may be better served elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Broad engagement toolkit: Competitions, recognition, achievements, missions, and rewards let managers reinforce sales behavior in several ways.
Performance features beyond leaderboards: Dashboards, goals, coaching workflows, scorecards, and execution management support ongoing tracking and follow-up.
Wide integration routes: Named CRM and communications integrations, Zapier connectivity, and an API give teams multiple ways to connect their workflows.
Useful mobile continuity: iOS and Android apps use the same real-time CRM data as the web and TV display versions.
No free plan and custom-priced tiers: The 30-day trial provides a time-limited evaluation, but buyers cannot continue on a free tier, and most plan prices are custom pricing.
Team-size and metric constraints: Scale and Pro require at least 10 and 15 salespeople respectively, while Essentials and Scale cap metrics at 4 and 8.
Add-ons increase cost: Coaching and Scorecards each carry an additional $5 per user / month charge.

Consider JOP if you want a quote-based goals and performance plan that includes a mobile app and built-in integrations, with a free trial and Android, iOS, and web support.

Pick Mindtickle if sales readiness is the priority: its Readiness plan includes training, virtual roleplays, coaching, analytics, and one RTD program, but not two-way AI Role Play. It supports Android, API, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows.

Centrical offers a paid web and API option with per-user pricing that depends on license type.

Consider LevelEleven if you prefer a paid API and web platform whose pricing is provided after submitting contact details, including team size and product interest.

Varicent Incentives is a paid Android, API, iOS, and web option whose price and entitlements are specified in a customer order, with subscriptions tied to an Incentives package and purchased payee and data-volume entitlements.

Verdict

SalesScreen is best for high-volume sales organizations that want gamification tied to real-time performance tracking, coaching, and mobile access. Its broad engagement toolkit and integration options are the main reasons to choose it; the lack of a free plan, custom pricing across most tiers, and minimum team sizes make it less suitable for small teams or buyers who need predictable entry-level costs.
