Overview

RevOps brings agreement creation and deal approvals into one workflow: teams can configure pricing, sync deal data with a CRM, and send agreements for eSignature from the builder. That combination is useful when pricing and approvals are part of the same sales process, rather than separate tasks handled across tools.

Its scope extends beyond straightforward quotes. Support for renewals, ramp schedules, true-ups, minimum commitments, and co-terming gives teams options for more involved commercial terms. The trade-off is that the free plan sharply caps users and workflows, so it is best treated as a small-team starting point rather than an expandable free workspace.

Key features

Agreement creation and pricing

The builder creates quotes, draws CRM data into deals, and can send agreements for eSignature. Templates and reusable legal term blocks cover orders, renewals, NDAs, and other agreements, which can help keep recurring paperwork consistent. Pricing support for upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and scheduled changes is suited to teams whose deals need more than a single fixed price.

Approvals and CRM sync

Approval workflows can automate deal approvals, topic creation, and countersigner assignments; approval levels are customizable, and the product includes an approval audit trail. Two-way synchronization is supported for HubSpot and Salesforce. Together, these capabilities can reduce manual handoffs for teams already using those CRMs, though the workflow’s usefulness will depend on how well its configured approval steps match the team’s process.

Integrations and safeguards

Listed integrations include DocuSign, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Maxio, and Chargebee. RevOps says it tokenizes data to redact sensitive information before it reaches the platform and encrypts sensitive data passing through its system. It also states that it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and PCI certified.

Pricing

RevOps is freemium, with no free trial. The free plan has no time limit or expiration, but it is limited to 5 users, 2 teams, 5 templates, 3 workflows, and 1 business profile. That is a practical fit for a new business with a small go-to-market group; the workflow cap in particular may constrain a team with several distinct approval paths.

Pro costs 75.00 USD per month, billed per user per month. It includes 25 free collaborators, unlimited teams and templates, premium support, and implementation services. The collaborator allowance gives teams room to involve people beyond the paid user base, while the per-user billing means costs rise with the number of users. RevOps positions Pro for teams above 5 go-to-market staff.

Enterprise has custom pricing and is positioned for teams above 25 or those needing a dedicated deal desk. It includes unlimited teams, templates, collaborators, and business profiles, plus a custom data processing agreement and premium support. Unlike Pro, its listed terms do not state implementation services. All plans include email-based standard support; Pro and Enterprise add premium support with Slack channel support and faster SLAs.

Platforms

RevOps is available on the web and through an API. No mobile app platform is listed, so teams seeking a native Android or iOS app should consider alternatives with those platforms.

Who it's for

RevOps is strongest for go-to-market teams that need configurable approvals, CRM synchronization, and agreement workflows with varied pricing terms. Freemium suits businesses with fewer than 5 go-to-market staff that can work within its caps. Pro is the clearer fit for teams above 5 that need more templates and teams, while Enterprise targets larger groups or organizations with dedicated deal desk requirements. It is less compelling for teams that need a native mobile app or want to avoid per-user pricing as they grow.

Pros and cons

Pros: Agreement creation, CRM sync, eSignature, and approvals sit within a connected workflow, reducing the need to handle those deal steps separately.
Pros: Pricing support includes renewals, ramp schedules, true-ups, commitments, and co-terming, giving teams tools for nonstandard deal structures.
Pros: The free plan does not expire, making it possible for a very small team to use the product without a time-limited trial.
Cons: Freemium caps users at 5 and workflows at 3, limiting its fit for teams with broader participation or multiple approval paths.
Cons: Pro is billed per user, so its $75.00 USD monthly rate scales with the paid user count.
Cons: The listed platforms are web and API only, which may not suit teams that require native mobile apps.

Alternatives

Choose Momentum if a Slack-based Business plan at 69.00 USD per month on annual plans or a 30.00 USD per month Conversation Intelligence add-on better suits the workflow; it has no free plan. Aviso AI is a paid alternative with custom pricing, white-glove onboarding and implementation, and free migration, and it supports Android, iOS, and web.

Varicent Incentives uses customer-order pricing and requires a subscription to an Incentives package with purchased payee and data-volume entitlements. Anaplan is another paid option, with pricing based on the service purchased through a Statement of Work or Order Schedule. Dreamdata offers a free plan at 0.00 USD per month with 5 seats, 2 months of user history, 3 stage models, 2 notifications, and 1 sync, making it a free alternative for those limits.

DealHub is a paid web alternative. CaptivateIQ uses custom per-seat pricing with a one-time setup fee based on payees, compensation complexity, and integrations. Kepion is a paid web alternative.

Verdict

RevOps is a strong choice for go-to-market teams that want quoting, flexible deal pricing, CRM sync, and approval automation connected in one agreement workflow. Its lasting free plan is useful for a small team, but the caps make it a limited base for growth, and Pro’s per-user price should factor into expansion plans. Look elsewhere if native mobile access is essential or your team needs a different pricing model.
