Overview

Zeevou brings accommodation operations and direct-booking tools together for serviced apartment operators, vacation-rental managers and hoteliers. It is a strong fit for operators who want to start with broad property and booking tools at no charge, while those weighing paid plans should account for the absence of a trial.

Key features

The free offering combines a property management system, direct-booking website, CRM, channel manager, email automation and owner portal. That breadth can reduce the need to assemble separate tools for routine property and guest workflows. The Forever Free plan also includes unlimited properties, listings and seats, plus iCal sync and Google Travel integrations, making it unusually accommodating on scale for a free starting point.

Direct booking is a central part of the proposition: Forever Free includes a website and states a 0% direct-booking fee. The listed plans also include automated card payments, guest automation and more advanced direct-booking capabilities at higher tiers. ZeeLink adds a host-to-host referral route, letting hosts receive bookings from other hosts and earn commissions for passing leads along; that is most relevant to operators who want to participate in a referral network.

The mobile app supports reservations, guest messages, task management and financial insights on iOS and Android. The integrations directory includes PriceLabs, Stripe, PayPal, Xero, smart locks and OpenAPI, useful connections for operators who need pricing, payments, accounting or device links. Zeevou also offers dynamic pricing and payment processing. Security measures may include access controls, encryption, authentication procedures, monitoring and backups, though Zeevou does not guarantee absolute security. Its data-processing addendum references UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Pricing

Zeevou is freemium, with paid pricing starting at £29/mo. Core Plan is free, billed monthly, and includes a property management system, direct-booking website, email automation, automated card payments and unlimited properties. The Forever Free plan also emphasizes unlimited properties, listings and seats with a 0% direct-booking fee, alongside iCal sync and Google Travel integrations. It is the clearest choice for operators testing an operational setup without a subscription, though it has no free trial transition to paid features.

Direct Booking Starter costs £29.00 GBP per month, billed monthly, and includes a direct-booking website, guest automation and direct-booking tools. It suits operators whose priority is generating and managing direct reservations without paying for the more advanced direct-booking tier. Direct Booking Pro costs £95.00 GBP per month, billed monthly, and adds advanced direct-booking capabilities alongside guest automation and direct-booking tools; the higher price is justified chiefly for operators who need those capabilities. Portfolios exceeding 50 units can receive custom enterprise pricing.

There is no free trial, so paid users must decide without a trial period; paid plans do include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Every plan includes 24/7 live chat and email support, and paid users can join three live Q&A sessions each day. The free plan's unlimited property, listing and seat allowances are generous, but readers should compare its precise workflow needs with the paid direct-booking tiers before committing.

Platforms

Zeevou is available on web, iOS and Android, and offers an API. The mobile apps cover reservation management, guest messaging, task management and financial insights.

Who it's for

Zeevou is best suited to serviced apartment, vacation-rental and hotel operators who want property management and direct booking in one platform, particularly those who value generous free allowances. It is less compelling for buyers who need to trial a paid tier before purchase or whose portfolio exceeds 50 units and requires a custom enterprise quote.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plans include broad core tools and unlimited properties, listings and seats, giving operators room to begin without per-unit or seat caps.
Pros: A direct-booking website with a stated 0% fee, plus automated card payments and guest automation in the plan lineup, supports a direct-sales workflow.
Pros: 24/7 live chat and email support apply to every plan, including free users.
Cons: There is no free trial, so buyers cannot evaluate a paid tier before purchase, despite the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Cons: Direct Booking Pro costs £95.00 GBP per month, substantially more than Starter, so its advanced capabilities need to matter to the operator.
Cons: Portfolios above 50 units move to custom enterprise pricing rather than a published tier.

Icnea is a web-based paid alternative for readers considering a PMS and channel manager, though its plan pricing structure differs from Zeevou's free-first approach.
Hospitable may suit hosts looking for a freemium option with a free Essentials tier and unlimited active properties.

Booking Automation is a paid alternative with a free trial.
Hostify is a paid option whose listed rental-count tiers include all features.
Hostex is a paid alternative with a free trial.
iGMS is a paid option with a free trial and a FLEX plan billed per booked night, with a per-property monthly minimum and 0% booking fee.

Verdict

Choose Zeevou if you manage serviced apartments, vacation rentals or hotel rooms and want property management, direct booking and guest operations with unusually broad free allowances. Its strongest reason to choose is the combination of those tools with unlimited free-plan properties, listings and seats; look elsewhere if you need a paid-tier trial or want predictable published pricing for a portfolio above 50 units.
