Overview

Pocpod combines proof of delivery with vehicle condition records and office job coordination. Drivers can capture photos, signatures, timestamps and GPS evidence, and record damage at both collection and delivery. Office staff can create and reassign jobs in the portal, review reports there, and send reports to customers from the app.

Offline work is valuable for drivers in areas with unreliable service: they can continue a job and sync once connectivity returns. Photos can be attached to individual damage items, keeping visual evidence tied to the relevant condition record. This focus makes Pocpod a stronger fit for vehicle movements than for businesses seeking a general-purpose delivery tool.

Key features

Handover evidence: Photos, signatures, timestamps and GPS evidence provide a more substantial delivery record than a simple completion status. That is useful when operators need to document a vehicle handover.
Collection and delivery condition checks: Drivers can record damage at both ends of a job and attach photos to damage items. This helps make condition changes easier to review alongside the relevant image.
Office portal and reports: Office teams can view jobs and reports, create jobs and reassign them. Reports can be sent to customers from the app; paid plans also allow report emails to use a verified custom sender domain.
Offline operation: Drivers can keep working without a connection and sync later, an important practical advantage for work on the road.

Pricing

Pocpod is freemium, with a free plan and Premium at £20/mo. Premium is billed monthly, and each additional user costs £10 /month.

Plan	Includes	Best for
Basic — 0.00 USD per free	1 user, 10 jobs / month, report generation, online portal access and basic support. Free users have a lower photo limit than paid plans.	A solo operator handling a small monthly workload.
Premium — 20.00 GBP per month	Multiple users, 200 jobs / month / user, report generation, portal access and technical support. Each additional user costs £10 /month. Paid plans allow up to 50 photos per collection or delivery step.	Teams that need more job capacity, a higher photo allowance or technical support.

The free plan's 10-job monthly cap and lower photo limit may be restrictive for regular vehicle movements. Premium raises the allowance to 200 jobs per user each month, but the additional-user charge matters as a team grows. Before checkout, review the price, billing interval and quantity of added users.

Platforms

Pocpod is available on Android, iOS and the web. Drivers use the mobile app, while the portal works in desktop or mobile browsers.

Who it's for

Pocpod is built for vehicle delivery businesses and vehicle recovery operators that need to document both handover and vehicle condition. It suits a solo operator testing a modest workflow on the free tier, or a team that benefits from shared job coordination and per-user monthly capacity. Businesses looking for parcel-focused delivery features rather than vehicle condition records should consider another option.

Pros and cons

Pros: Damage records can include photos at collection and delivery, linking condition documentation to specific evidence.
Pros: Offline work with later syncing supports drivers whose connection is intermittent.
Pros: The free tier includes portal access and report generation, giving a single user a way to manage a small workload without a subscription.
Cons: The free tier stops at 10 jobs per month and has a lower photo limit, which can constrain active operators.
Cons: Premium's £10 /month charge for each additional user increases the cost as a team expands.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, see Proof of Delivery Software.

Maxmove Digital POD is worth considering if a free, cancellable monthly digital POD entry tier is the priority.
SmartCourier may suit operators who want a free one-month Starter tier with support for up to three runners and one branch, plus GPS tracking, photo evidence and API access.
InfoTech Proof of Delivery App is an option for businesses already using InfoTech weighbridge software and a POD licence; its app is free but depends on those products.
Aptean Industrial Manufacturing ERP Traverse Edition is an alternative with custom pricing and a free trial.
DQT Proof of Delivery is another paid proof-of-delivery option.
Civica Complaints Management is a paid alternative with pricing by enquiry.
PODStar is a paid option with quote-on-request pricing.
Screen Flow is another paid option, without a free plan.

Verdict

Choose Pocpod if vehicle condition evidence matters as much as proof of delivery and your office needs to coordinate jobs with drivers in one workflow. Its offline mode and damage-photo records are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if the free plan's 10-job cap and lower photo limit are too tight, or if the per-user Premium charge does not fit your team.
