Overview

Projects can begin with YouTube links, uploads, cloud storage, Vimeo, podcast RSS feeds or direct video links; topics, scripts and articles can also feed its faceless-video workflow. Outputs span short clips and narrated vertical videos, blog articles, newsletters, show notes, social posts, quote cards, carousels and cover images.

Keeping clips, writing, visuals, scheduled posts and performance data under the source project gives Splicora a coherent workflow for recurring repurposing. That is more useful to a creator managing a content pipeline than to someone who only needs a single clip editor. Monthly credits and storage still limit how much material each plan can handle.

Key features

Editing and captions

The browser-based multi-track editor combines waveforms, royalty-free music, AI captions and B-roll, with exports up to 4K. The subtitle generator offers 100 styles, 20 on Free, and translation into more than 20 languages. That range supports adapting a clip for different audiences, though the free style selection is a subset of the full catalog.

Faceless video and repurposing

Faceless turns a topic, script or article into a vertical short with AI narration, stock footage and word-timed captions. It gives users a route from written ideas to video without requiring a filmed source. Splicora also transcribes and transforms long-form sources into multiple written and visual formats, which is most valuable when one source needs a broad package of follow-up content.

Publishing and project workflow

Splicora says it publishes natively to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky. Grouping scheduled posts and performance data with the originating project helps connect production and publishing. The product also has a Help Center with step-by-step guides and a 24/7 AI assistant.

Splicora says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and customer content is not used to train AI models or sold. It says content is not shared with third parties without consent.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 25 credits per month, 1 GB storage, one brand voice and seven-day history. It requires no card, and Splicora says every feature is currently unlocked on every plan while paid upgrades are not open yet. This makes Free a low-friction way to explore the workflow, but its small credit and storage allowances suit light use rather than a regular publishing operation.

Credits refresh monthly: a hook costs one credit and a full Clips analysis costs 10. Those costs make the Free quota meaningful rather than merely a headline cap, especially for users repeatedly analyzing source material.

Starter costs 19.00 USD per month for 50 credits, 10 GB storage, three brand voices, an analytics dashboard, brand kit and calendar, 30-day history and no watermark. It is the modest step up for an individual or small operation that wants more storage and publishing organization, but 50 monthly credits remain restrictive for frequent analysis.

Pro costs 39.00 USD per month and raises the allowance to 500 credits, 50 GB storage and 10 brand voices. It adds batch analysis, thumbnail A/B testing, Clips with B-roll and unlimited history, while retaining no watermark. This is the more credible fit for regular repurposing across several brands; the jump from Starter is primarily worthwhile for users who will use the much larger quota and Pro tools.

Teams costs 79.00 USD per month and includes 500 credits, 200 GB storage, 25 brand voices, five team seats, priority processing and everything in Pro. Its value is capacity and collaboration rather than more monthly credits than Pro, so teams sharing the allowance should weigh that ceiling against the added seats and storage.

Platforms

Splicora supports Android, iOS and web. The site says users can install it on iPhone or iPad through Safari or on Android through Chrome without an app-store download. The browser-based editor and mobile installation route give it cross-device reach, though the editor itself is described as browser-based.

Who it's for

Splicora fits podcasts and interview shows, talking-head channels, educators and tutorial makers, as well as marketing teams and agencies. It is strongest when a source needs to become clips, captions, written material and scheduled social output in one project. It is less compelling for occasional users who need only one output or whose monthly work would quickly exceed the Free plan's credits and storage.

Pros and cons

Broad source and output range: video feeds, files and written inputs can lead to video, newsletter, article and social formats, reducing the need to split a repurposing workflow across separate tools.
Project-level continuity: clips, visuals, writing, scheduled posts and performance data stay together, which is useful for repeat publishing from a source.
Substantial Pro capacity: 500 monthly credits, 50 GB storage and unlimited history make it better suited to sustained work than Starter.
Free is tightly capped: 25 credits and 1 GB storage can constrain analysis and project volume, despite access to every feature being temporarily unlocked.
Teams shares Pro's credit ceiling: five seats and more storage support collaboration, but the plan does not increase the 500-credit monthly allowance.
Paid upgrades are not open yet: the stated paid plan prices do not currently translate into an open upgrade path.

Alternatives

For a narrower video-clipping comparison, see AI Video Repurposing Tools; for a broader set of content-transformation options, see AI Content Repurposing Tools.

Nova is a more specifically bounded option if 12 clips and 30 source-minutes per month with 1080p vertical exports meet your needs; its Free plan includes Classic captions. Askube may suit a small trial workflow: its Free plan gives 12 minutes of uploads, one workspace, one short clip and 720p, while Hobby costs 16.00 USD per month, billed per month, billed yearly, and includes 150 minutes of uploads per month.

PostNext is worth considering when the priority is scheduled social publishing: its Free plan includes one connected account, one user and 10 scheduled posts per month. Repurposely offers a lighter web-based route, with 10 monthly AI credits, one platform per generation and three AI images per month on Free.

ZeroTwo, LoquiHQ, PrimePost and QuillBuster are also alternatives.

Verdict

Choose Splicora if you want one project-centered workflow to turn recurring video or written sources into clips, social copy and scheduled publishing. Its breadth, multi-track editor and larger Pro allowance are the strongest reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if a 25-credit free ceiling is too tight, if you need paid access now, or if your work calls for a more focused tool with a quota better matched to your volume.
