Overview

Oorwin’s scope spans job and candidate management, employee administration, and sales and client pipelines. That breadth can reduce the need to manage those workflows in separate products, particularly for staffing firms tracking candidates, placements, timesheets, and invoices. Teams looking only for an applicant tracking system may find the combined platform broader than they need.

Key features

The ATS covers job posting, screening, interview scheduling, resume harvesting, and candidate matching. Its career-site configuration and job-board search help connect openings with applicants, while parsing and candidate records support recruiter workflows. Free use is tightly capped, however, so it is better suited to a small trial of the workflow than sustained recruiting volume.

The HRMS handles onboarding, performance management, time and attendance, expenses, and invoicing. CRM tools organize client interactions, sales pipelines, opportunities, leads, and accounts. Together, these functions make Oorwin more relevant to staffing and consulting operations than a recruiting-only tool, though each area has its own plan structure.

Oorwin IRA is presented as a recruiting copilot for tasks including resume harvesting, outreach, and job distribution. The marketplace advertises more than 160 integrations across categories such as accounting, assessments, job boards, productivity, video interviews, and VoIP; Starter includes marketplace integrations. Oorwin says it encrypts data in transit over HTTPS and at rest with AES-256, uses access controls and regular penetration testing, and adheres to GDPR principles for users in the European Economic Area.

Pricing

Oorwin is freemium, with free ATS/CRM and HRMS options and paid tiers. The plan pages present both broad plan summaries and separate ATS/CRM and HRMS prices, so the cost depends on which product area and tier a team needs.

Free: 0.00 USD per free, billed Forever Free. The ATS/CRM allowance is 5 jobs, 100 candidates, 10 interviews, 5 accounts, and 10 contacts; email support is included. A separate Free (HRMS) plan includes employee management, assignments, timesheets, document storage, standard reports and dashboards, and email support. The caps make the recruiting plan best for evaluating a small operation, not an active pipeline at scale.
Starter ATS/CRM: 35.00 USD per month, billed per user per month. It adds unlimited jobs and candidates, a resource pool, job-board search, parsing, 160+ marketplace integrations, a mobile app, and plugins. This is the entry point for teams that have outgrown the free caps; it includes parsing but reserves harvesting and intelligent matching for Professional.
Professional ATS/CRM: 70.00 USD per month, billed per user per month. Resume harvesting, intelligent candidate search and matching, profile ranking, chatbots, digital onboarding, custom workflows, and reports make this the stronger fit for teams that need more automation and tailored processes.
Enterprise ATS: custom pricing. It adds integrated search, candidate assessments, email sync, contact masking, custom teams and groups, and a dedicated support manager. It suits organizations needing those controls and support rather than a fixed-price tier.
Starter HRMS: 5.00 USD per month, billed per user per month. It covers digital onboarding and e-signatures, attendance and leave, document storage, timesheets, and invoice management, a focused workforce-administration tier.
Professional HRMS: 10.00 USD per month, billed per user per month. Custom onboarding, US immigration and I-9, expense and project management, custom reports, IP restrictions, and dedicated support justify it for teams needing more specialized administration.
Enterprise HRMS: custom pricing. Custom workflows and fields, leave customizations, document storage, automated reminders, and a dedicated account manager target organizations requiring bespoke HR processes.

The free plan is Forever Free, while the paid monthly rates are per user per month; the published plan terms do not state a trial length or renewal conditions. Email support is included with free plans, and ATS Enterprise names a dedicated support manager.

Platforms

Oorwin supports Android, iOS, web, API, and extension access. The ATS Starter tier includes a mobile app, and the pricing comparison lists Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, and Chrome plugins. This mix is useful for teams working across desktop and mobile recruiting workflows.

Who it's for

Oorwin is a stronger fit for staffing and consulting teams that need candidate, client, placement, timesheet, and invoicing workflows alongside recruiting. Businesses hiring internal teams can also use its ATS and HRMS. A recruiter seeking only core applicant tracking should compare narrower options before paying for a broader platform.

Pros and cons

Pro: ATS, HRMS, and CRM sit in one platform, connecting recruiting with employee and client administration.
Pro: Starter ATS/CRM removes job and candidate caps and includes parsing, mobile access, plugins, and marketplace integrations.
Pro: The free ATS/CRM and HRMS plans let small teams start without a subscription, with email support.
Con: Free ATS/CRM is limited to 5 jobs and 100 candidates, among other caps, so it is not a practical full-volume plan for many recruiting teams.
Con: Resume harvesting, matching, ranking, and chatbots sit in the $70.00 Professional ATS/CRM tier rather than Starter.
Con: Enterprise pricing is custom, so buyers needing its additional controls or support do not have a published fixed rate.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, start with Recruiting CRM Software, Recruitment Agency Software, or Applicant Tracking Systems.

Recruitly is another freemium option; its free plan allows 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, 5 jobs, and up to 5 users, which may suit a team prioritizing larger free candidate and contact allowances.
Loxo has a free plan and trial, while its Core tier is $149.00 per month, billed annually and paid up front per user. Consider it when its plan structure fits better than Oorwin’s per-user monthly tiers.
Bullhorn is a paid alternative with no free plan or trial; Bullhorn Starter is $99.00 per month per user and includes applicant tracking, resume parsing, client management, and job posting with a career portal. It may suit buyers seeking a paid recruiting platform with those core functions.
PCRecruiter is a paid alternative whose monthly option starts at around $115/user, with office-specific pricing handled through a consultant. Consider it if that purchasing approach fits your organization.
Eightfold Candidate Relationship Management is part of Eightfold Talent Acquisition with no additional technology purchase; it is an option for organizations already considering that suite.
Oorwin is also presented as a freemium alternative with the same Forever Free ATS/CRM caps, making it another listing of the platform rather than a distinct product choice.
Phenom Talent CRM uses enterprise pricing, with a Phenom expert as the contact point; consider it if that buying route suits your team.
Beamery offers an enterprise subscription with pricing and limits available on request; fees can depend on contacts, email sends, users, products, and added features. It may suit buyers prepared for that variable subscription model.

Verdict

Choose Oorwin if your staffing, consulting, or internal hiring operation wants recruiting, HR administration, and client workflows together, and its per-user tiers fit your scope. The combination and no-cost entry plans are its clearest advantages; look elsewhere if you need advanced recruiting automation below the $70.00 Professional tier or cannot accept custom pricing for Enterprise.
